Anita Bhasin Biography

Anita Bhasin is an organization development expert and Master Coach. Her life’s work has been centered on understanding what it takes to build the next generation of high performance business leaders. She has over twenty years’ experience in high tech companies with twelve of those years spent at Microsoft, where she was able to establish a reputation as a no nonsense business transformation leader focused on driving through significant changes in high impact business programs including Microsoft’s worldwide Partner Program, Customer & Partner Satisfaction and People & Organizational effectiveness programs.

Bhasin has global experience derived from her time working in Europe, where she supported the Europe, Africa and the Middle East country managers and an extended assignment in India where she was the business manager for the Vice President for Microsoft India. Over the years she has been invited to spread her message for Organizational effectiveness delivering workshops in USA, Europe, China, Singapore, India and Peru for Microsoft.

The common theme and passion for her work is centered on optimizing the capability of people and their organizations. Her work has had a significant impact on the design of Microsoft’s next generation Career Model, global talent management programs and the design and facilitation of personal development workshops for early in career employees, managers and high potential leaders. At the heart of her work lies assessment and feedback, whether it is at the individual, group or organization level using the MS 360, Effectiveness Institute’s Team Assessment. Over the last two years she has also designed a Country Manager Potential and Development process used by Microsoft International for Country Manager successors as well as assessments designed for the Leadership Development Group at Microsoft. She has completed extensive one on one development coaching with senior managers and is a certified learning circle facilitator, MBTI certified and is a master coach with the WW institute of Action Learning (WIAL).
